Christine Kjellberg

Dancer at Carte Blanche since Desember 2009

Christine Kjellberg (1981) is from Hosle in Bærum.

She is a graduate of the National Ballet School (1997-2000) and of P.A.R.T.S. (Performing Arts Research and Training Studios) in Brussels (2000-2001), led by director Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker.

After studying psychology and working voluntarily in 2002 as a dance teacher in Honduras in Central America, she went on to work as a freelance dancer in 2003, for companies such as Deja Donne by Simone Sandroni/Lenka Flory, Impure Company by Hooman Sharifi, and Wee Company of Francesco Scavetta.She has also appeared in productions of Brynjar Band Lien, Henriette Pedersen, Ingunn Tharebø Myhre at (Moving Art/Stellaris dance theatre), and Mia Habib.

Christine is by Carte Blanche from 1 December 2009 to August 2010.
